Descrption: The B-line trail will become a unique, urban multi-use trail with separate lanes for bikes and walkers.  The B-Line Trail Master Plan outlines five phases of development:
Ninth Street/Crestmont Park District - Adams St. to Fairview St. Near West Side District - Fairview St. to Rogers St.
Downtown District - Rogers St. to Second St.
Seminary Square District - Second St. to Grimes Ln.
McDoel Switchyard District - Grimes Ln. to County Club Dr.
