[IndianaTrails] Measuring Indiana's bicycling interest

A popular tool went online for bicyclists nationwide about 1 year ago at
RouteSlip.com.  It's essentially a route mapping tool which allows
cyclists to see elevation changes and print out turn-by-turn
directions.  Interestingly, although the site is not local to any
particular state, as of today Indiana ranks #1 in number of routes per
capita.  A non-scientific conclusion is that we may have a
disproportionately high number of bicyclists here (and/or they are
using RouteSlip).
