Indiana Trail advocates:
Below is a possible grant opportunity for planning activities. Drafting and
adopting a trails master plan for an area (county, township, city, etc) is a
critical step toward building trails in your local community. Having a
master plan on file opens the door to numerous opportunities including
further grants for construction costs and inclusion of your trail in future
project planning. Finding funds for planning to get started can be a
challenge; here is one new opportunity in southern Indiana:

We are excited to release the Indiana Department of Transportation's I-69
Community Planning Program grants and a preview of the accompanying planning
toolbox at four upcoming community meetings. If you are among the 31
