[IndianaTrails] INDOT payments to trail groups

The Hoosier Rails to Trails Council is in contact with the Governor's  Office 
about INDOTs lack of attention to paying reimbursements to local trail  
groups. HRTC is therefore seeking infomation from local trail groups - mostly  
which have spent funds to build trails using TEA funds - about details of  
reimbursements owed. 
 
HRTC would like to know both current outstanding reimbursements due, and  
amounts and time frames of some transactions paid in last 3 years. These older  
records are to establish as basis by which to compare recent  delays.  
 
HRTC would like to know how much money is due

when (or what month)  the reimbursement was first requested  
_________________________; 
 
or for how much time the reimbursent has not been paid  
______________________________; 
 
Any info is appreciated. A summary will be provided.
