 Dear Colleagues,

 The Greenways Foundation is seeking nominations for its *2009
Volunteer of the Year Award*. There is no question that contributions
from volunteers greatly enhance Indiana's vision of trails. We would
like to honor one individual as the first statewide Greenways
Foundation Volunteer of the Year at our 2nd Annual Fundraiser on
March 24th.

 Volunteer Award Criteria:

 Volunteer unselfishly gives own time and resources for the benefit
of the vision of trails for the community and others 
 Volunteer demonstrates exemplary leadership, creativity and
cooperation in their service to others with a special project or
ongoing activities 
 Volunteer defines and executes the vision of the Greenways
Foundation 
 The benefits from the accomplishments due to the volunteer inspires
others to engage in volunteerism and sets standards for those
volunteers 
 
 Guidelines:

 Individual must be at least 18 years old. 
 Anyone may nominate an individual for this award. 
 Submit a nomination on line by March 15, 2009. Simply go to
http://www.greenwaysfoundation.org to fill out the nomination form. 
 An independent committee of leaders in trails, greenways, and
bikeways will judge nominations.
