Without question I would like your perspective on this problem. I moved ahead on this survey step as a result of my conversations over the last three weeks with both Bob Zier and Scott Stewart. I advised both of them that we were going to undertake this research and would share the results with them. As soon as we get the results in hand I will share them with you also. 

I know you have worked diligently on this matter. But the INDOT ship does not ever seem to take a different and more appropriate tack.

  Kevin and Ron, I opened up your survey on grants and wanted to check it out without filling it out but had to to see the questions and accidently hit submit at end. If you are tracking see my survey and disregard. I just hit answers to make the survey move forward. Would like input into making the process better.This has been discussed over and over internally.
