[IndianaTrails] Crushed Limestone Surface vs. Asphalt Trail Surface

The Farm Heritage Trail project in Boone County would like to hear about
other trail groups' experiences when it comes to choosing trail surfaces.
My question is how much more trail use occurs on the more costly "asphalt"
trail surface option versus the less costly "crushed limestone" trail
surface option.  

 

Our group is working on a grant request that will help us afford the
"asphalt" trail option so hearing about  your experiences in this area is
greatly appreciated.
